My name is Jean Dovy. I am a cybersecurity analyst, developer (applications & web), and webmaster, and I also produce electronic music. For me, code and music share the same DNA : structure, problem-solving, and creative expression.

My musical world

Music is the engine that drives my work. As an electronic music producer, I had the chance to collaborate with the label Nylon Trax (Washington DC) for the release of my EP « Broken Peace », available digitally and on 12" vinyl.

Because I love the tangible side of things — whether it's well-written code that compiles perfectly or the texture of a vinyl record.

Projects

I created OnlyAudio, a multiplatform audio player (Windows, macOS, Linux) controllable from an Android smartphone via a dedicated app. The project is fully open source.

PenBox is a graphical interface driving my pentest toolkit — script catalogue, local or remote execution over SSH, encrypted connection-profile vault. Also open source: source code on GitHub.

I also maintain a cybersecurity methodology wiki, my personal knowledge base where I archive audit protocols and case studies throughout my training: browse the wiki.

HIVE — GDPR/CNIL audit tool — a web app based on the CNIL's 2024 personal data security guide: 25 sheets across 8 categories, progress tracking, report generation and audit export/import, all running locally (no data ever sent to a server): view the page.

Cyber Dashboard — automated cybersecurity monitoring aggregating several news sources and notifying live alerts: view the dashboard.

On the personal infrastructure hosting all of this (Free Hive), I also run AzuraCast for radio/DJ streaming, Navidrome as a personal music server compatible with Subsonic/Ultrasonic, and ProjeQtOr for project tracking — these three remain internal-use only for now.
